Acentra Health’s Beneficiary and Family Centered Care-Quality Improvement Organization, or BFCC-QIO, helps people with Medicare understand and use certain Medicare rights. Our services are free.
You may contact Acentra Health if you disagree with a hospital discharge, believe your Medicare-covered services are ending too soon, have a concern about the quality of care you received, or need help resolving a medical care issue.
