Learn about Acentra Health's Free Services for People With Medicare

The presentation will cover basic information about the services that Acentra Health offers to Medicare beneficiaries. As the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for 29 states, Acentra Health offers the following

  • Filing Hospital Discharge Appeals
  • Filing Skilled Service Termination Appeals
  • Observation Appeals
  • Beneficiary Complaints (Quality of Care)
  • Immediate Advocacy Services

This webinar will be beneficial for new staff or someone new in their role as well as stakeholders who work with Medicare beneficiaries.

What is the date for the webinar?

The webinar will be held live on Tuesday, May 21, 2025; 2:00 - 3:00 pm Eastern Time. 

Please note: The webinar will be hosted using the Microsoft Teams Platform. If you do not have Microsoft Teams, you can join the meeting by clicking on the link. You won't need to download anything to your computer.
