April Is Minority Health Month

National Minority Health Month is observed the entire month of April, focusing on the health needs of African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans, and other minorities.

For Healthcare Providers And Stakeholders

  • Health Equity Programs and Healthcare Resources. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Office of Minority Health has designed several initiatives to eliminate disparities in healthcare quality and access, so that all CMS enrollees can achieve their highest level of health. Get involved to ensure that everyone can access the quality health care that they need.
