National Institute On Aging
- Order free National Institute on Aging publications on healthy aging, Alzheimer’s, and more. There is a great deal of information on health topics, including high blood pressure, brain health, diet and exercise, and heart health and aging.
- The National Eye Institute has a library of hundreds of materials about eye diseases and conditions that you can print out and share (materials are not copyrighted).
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Maintaining a lifestyle with healthy behaviors and managing chronic conditions can help you to be healthy and independent for as long as possible. Read about Healthy Aging at Any Age.
