The webinar will include an introduction to the 13th Scope of Work with an emphasis on new requirements from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The webinar will also provide basic information about the services that Acentra Health offers for Medicare beneficiaries:

• Quality of care complaints,
• Appeals, and
• Immediate Advocacy services.
